5 Types of Automatic Strapping Steel Straps

There are various types of steel belt in our company to satisfy your needs.
Our steel straps are available in 19mm 25mm 32mm 50mm wide and 0.8-1.2mm thick options. The tension range of steel belt is 10KN-40KN.

1.Non-buckle geometric point notch closurel - DGR-II A Stype

2.Steel belt connection
By stamping three pairs of buckles on the steel belt
(If a reverse force is applied to the buckle, tripping will occur.)

3.Strength of steel belt joint:
The connection strength at the junction accounts for 65% - 75% of the strength of the steel belt itself
(influenced by the belt's rigidity, toughness, and tensile strength)

By stamping three pairs of buckles on the steel belt, fold the edges on both belt sides after the buckles overlap
(for increasing the connection force, and prevent the buckle loosening)

3.Strength of steel belt joint:
The connection strength at the junction accounts for 65% - 75% of the strength of the steel belt itself
(influenced by the belt's rigidity, toughness, and tensile strength)

 

3.PET Straps - DGR-III A Stype

2.Steel belt connection
Instantaneous welding at overlapping PET belt using the principle of friction heating
Or
Using ultrasonic waves for hot melt welding at overlapping PET belts

3.Strength of steel belt joint:
The connection strength at the junction accounts is greater than 90% of the strength of the PET belt itself 


4.Buckle type - DGR-IV A Stype

Buckle connection
Maximum quantity of lock installed on the machine at a time is 200 pieces

The connection strength at the junction accounts for 75% of the strength of the steel belt itself

5.TIG welding (Argon gas )- DGR-V A Stype

2.Steel belt connection
Two argon arc welding point (with high strength and beautiful welding point), located in the belt center and arranged parallel to the belt

3.Strength of steel belt joint:
The connection strength at the junction accounts for 85% - 95% of the strength of the steel belt itself
(influenced by surface coating of steel belt, carbon content, welding performance, air humidity, etc.)
